Photographer
From an early age, Dennis was drawn to quiet—the wind through trees, the rustle of leaves, the hush of distant horizons. He often imagined a world where silence was presence, not absence, an anchor in life’s chaos. That search for stillness has guided him ever since, shaping his work behind the lens.
His years in the U.S. Navy refined patience and discipline, teaching him anticipation, meticulous preparation, and the art of trusting instinct. Under desert skies in Iraq, he often wondered if someone back home looked at the same stars, feeling the same quiet pull.
Travel deepened this perspective. In Iceland, Scotland, and along Maine’s rugged coast, he found landscapes where light and shadow converse, fleeting alignments of beauty he sought to capture—not as records, but as reflections of feeling.
Through his photography, Dennis invites viewers to stand where he stood, to feel awe and curiosity, and to question whether they’re seeing the world—or something more. His work is an ongoing pursuit of stillness, shaped by growth, risk, and a refusal to stop searching.
